Yummy Tiffins is India’s first customized online tiffin service. Follow the following simple steps to join yummy tiffins.
  • Sign up/ Register (Please fill detailed address with pincode and landmark)
  • Choose customized or combo meals . You can pre-book your orders till month end. Each day’s menu is different which is already uploaded on the website.
  • You can recharge your wallet via debit card/ credit card (1.9% transaction charges apply) or via net banking to place order.
You don’t need to log in everyday on the website/app. Menu is uploaded till month end on the website. You can pre-book your meals for the entire month.
There is no minimum monthly/ weekly commitment to order meals from us.
You can place orders as and when you want.
The delivery charge is Rs.25 to Rs.30 per order depending upon your location.
  • Select the desired date for your order. (By default the next available date is displayed)
  • Add items as per your preference/diet
  • Click on ‘Add to my meal’, the date will jump to the next available menu repeat the same for process for further dates.
  • Go to ‘My meals’ select the payment option (wallet/cash on delivery/pay now), click on place order.
  • Visit booking history to check the orders that you have placed.
You can cancel your orders by visiting Booking History tab. Click on the Red Cross sign.
You can always check your orders by visiting Booking history tab.
You can check visit My Account/Wallet history tab to check your current balance and deductions done in your account.
At Yummy Tiffins, we put in a lot of effort to ensure that your order reaches you on time and in an ideal condition. However, due to unforeseen events your order may reach you late and in rare cases may be undelivered. In such a circumstance, please contact the delivery guys or contact us (contact numbers of the dabbawalas have been emailed to you). We assure you that every attempt will be made to rectify the situation or compensate you.
